We believe that students gain the fastest and most effective learning from a mentoring program that uses the Socratic Method of Teaching.

With the Socratic approach, students learn and retain far more knowledge. This teaching strategy gives students goals to attain on their own, with the help of coaching and mentoring.

The Socratic method encourages students to find their own answers to the problems originating from the mentor. The mentor serves as an experienced guide who will ensure that students are being challenged in the most beneficial way. The mentor also acts as a coach with whom students can discuss ideas and outcomes.
